I was extremely satisfied with my cut, but I was even more impressed by the professionalism and kindness that was reserved for me. I was followed by Agnes. Very good. He put me very at ease, and it was easy, even for someone like me who is very suspicious, to literally let myself be pampered by his skilled hands. I highly recommend Franck Provost Bassano, I fell in love!

Rude on the phone, rude with live arrogance, make an appointment by showing up on time, they send you away because too much work is left behind ... So don't date, or call to move it. If you pay more than other places, that's fine, but you need more suitable staff for certain places.

I find it unprofessional that I was followed by a girl who was then called to another store halfway through the work .... the work was then taken over after twenty minutes by another girl who did not carry out what I had asked for . I went out with the yellow hair ... lack of professionalism and high price.

The girls are courteous and prepared, the environment is pleasant and every time I rely on them it is a cuddle.

Every time I entered this salon I always came out quite happy and satisfied but only today I decided to write down two lines because I think my experience deserves to be told. Today I brought my dad who is disabled in a wheelchair for a decisive cut at the last moment. We were greeted with great care and after a few minutes one of the girls was ready with scissors and a razor. I was particularly impressed by the sweetness and empathy of this girl and my dad was very happy with the cut. Of course the prices would be a bit too high, however my rating is 5 full stars! Bravissimo!
