I WILL NOT RETURN'. I ask for availability, by telephone, for a high-pressure lamp (cot), after an hour or so at 10.40 am arrival, the cabin is shown to me, I am told that they do not provide creams after the sun, ok, I am told that the couch is that it had not yet been used, so the lamps would not have been hot, (considering that you pay them in minutes, you practically paid the heating of the lamp because now that it starts to take effect, some minutes pass), well I prepare myself and within . Premo start ....... '' a dry heart attack '' .... a cold killer, between the ice cream bed in contact with the skin, the full-bladed fan, I swear a fortunately unique situation, nothing now stuck there inside I look for the button to get rid of the fan I pull out my teeth. Well I find the button and I press to lower ....... what I find ... that once the fan is lowered, or you keep the button (-) constantly pressed or the fan starts again immediately .... madness .. practically or die from the cold or from the suffocating, the special thing is to be told .... '' AH LADY HAVE USED IT EVEN IN THE EVENING EVEN AND NO ONE IS LATELY '' ..... a few minutes later I confront a regular customer which had to do just the crib and tell me '' NO, THE PROBLEM IS THERE AND IT IS A STRONG DISCUSSION '' ...... then or warn the customer that the lamp is not working properly, and then declare it that if he wants to do it anyway he will be granted a part, or see to arrange a piece of equipment that must be perfectly working to be up to standard and try to understand how to treat customers, especially those that are potentially new. At some point, instead of climbing on the mirrors, it is much more appreciated that a person admits an error. (we all miss).
