I note with regret that they often have a reduced staffing regime and are sometimes forced to serve two people at a time by giving explanations to customers who, lacking in education, interfere in dialogue. I will continue to buy from them because people who are so prepared and ready to find a possible solution to all my problems do not find them everywhere ... Well done everyone! I often buy from Trony because it is close to home but I am tired of suffering the rudeness of the staff in the use of words, in their ways and in their attitudes. I understand that it is much easier to direct a customer towards a certain purchase when the latter had already entered the store with the intention of buying a product; It is quite another thing to answer questions, clarifications, further requests or manage post-sales problems that waste time and require, not only competence, but above all a lot of patience. From now on I will spend a few euros more on petrol to buy the same product 20 kilometers further on !!!

I waited several minutes to a salesman who was passing in front of me I asked "sorry can I ask for information?" ... the answer, in a hasty and rude way "no, I can't, I'm in the warehouse alone and I have to finish!" ... and to think that I agreed to pay a little more than online for a service ... I changed shop. Compliments!
