The station has no toilets and no ticket service, however it has a waiting room, which even without heating is always good given the cold in winter. It remains clean and fairly maintained in general. Parking is always available even at peak times. Trains are usually punctual. (have you ever traveled on other lines ??)

It could be improved by making public toilets available and winter heating and air conditioning for the summer.

I understand the criticisms of other real or alleged travelers (closed bathrooms, lack of self-service ticketing, waiting room without heating) but I don't understand who prefers COTRAL to the train. The bus is faster but it leaves from Saxa Rubra! And does the gentleman not consider the time it takes to get there? And have you ever traveled with Cotral? Absolute inconvenience, tossed around at every bend, almost all widowed cars badly heated, and in the summer it is an oven. When the second track is made on the Cesano-Viterbo section, it will be more music! Hopefully soon...

Simple but well made and cared for. It has a display with real-time arrivals in the waiting room and ticket machines.
