Supermercato Tigre Amico

Small supermarket where you can find almost everything. Now there is a bigger parking lot and shopping carts available just outside the main entrance. When driving from Rome to Viterbo a quick stop at Tigre to get food for the day it's always a pleasure.

The right prices ... the stuff at the counter made by the lady is very good .. the nice staff .. the new cashiers ... wrapped up wrong to beat the prices in the box .. but away ... all in all it's good ..

On an expense of 19 € the cashier made a typing error of 8 €. Promptly called on the phone they are willing to refund me for the error. Due to my logistical problems, I was unable to reach the headquarters until the following week. Well, if before they recognized the mistake now they have taken the ball to retract everything, consequently triggering a heated discussion not very edifying for the company given the customers present. The owners are reminded that the saying "the customer is always right" is not an etiquette rule but an intelligent observation for a good trader.

Expensive but useful for basic necessities such as bread, milk, fruit, vegetables and cold cuts.

What they have to sell at the refrigerated counter do not find it around, all good and genuine stuff.
