Nice little restaurant, the owners are very kind. As for the food it was a bit disappointing. In particular the goose was fine but a side vegetable needed to be included (the dish seemed like an appetizer); the farro salad was nothing special. The crostoni that we didn't have seemed better.

Great wine bar! Food was delicious and the host was so friendly. Apologies we did not order any wine because husband had to drive and I was feeling under the weather. It was a pleasant accident we stopped by the bar but turned out to be a wonderful experience. :-)would love to visit again next time!

Good wine

My husband and I enjoyed wine here a few nights ago before our dinner reservation down the street. The owner, Alessandro, was so friendly and helpful! He suggested a sparkling wine and a white wine based on what we said we were in the mood for. Both were great! We made a reservation for a Saturday Tuscan breakfast and couldn’t wait to return. We arrived at our scheduled reservation time and our table was set and ready to go! There were two lovely ladies working the breakfast buffet who provided excellent service. We had some of the best eggs and bacon we’ve had in our lives, along with some homemade sheep’s yogurt, fruit and ricotta, and other breakfast items. All were fantastic! I would highly recommend you check out this cute wine bar if you’re visiting the Val D’Orcia area! Not to mention it’s located on the cutest street in the quaint, charming San Quirico D’Orcia!

I really can't say enough about this place. It's tucked into a street near the central church. The waiter Luca was probably one of the best waiters I've ever had, ever, from any restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the service was absolutely phenomenal. I would give this place more than five stars if I could.
