Best butcher for miles around. High quality meats and cheeses as well as cured meats. Prepared foods and great customer service.

We took sausage, scamerita and fiorentina from the Bottega delle Carni to make a barbecue on the farm. The owner of our farm advised us to take the meat from the Bottega and the advice was excellent. The meat tasted excellent and the pork was also not fat at all. The 1.2kg Fiorentina was a sight !!! We have seen the site and we will certainly have the meat sent to Milan as well. Highly recommended !!!

Confident of the reviews I read, I purchased several products from both butchery and dairy. Unfortunately, the expectations did not reflect reality; the products I must say, I cannot define them of poor quality but neither is it great excellence compared to other online stores where I served. Particularly sore about the rigatino: a block of lard with an imperceptible vein of lean, not at all seasoned and unpleasant both on the nose and on the palate. Disappointed.

We went there to get a Florentine to take home at the end of our holiday, they vacuum-packed it and even gave us a bottle of ice water to keep it cool during the trip !!!
