Absolutely dissatisfied with the experience. Noticed an article on their online shop I am going to buy it (around midnight). For pure scruple the next morning, at 9 am I send a Watsup confirming availability. They reply that the item is out of stock. However, it can be inserted in the cart and can be purchased, I try again several times. After hours, the article is finally reported out of stock. Luckily I didn't buy, otherwise who knows what I would have received, what I wanted being out of stock. They lost a potential new customer.

I was sold a shirt by Elisabetta Franchi .... a gift for my partner ... I asked for a 38 and the saleswoman sold me a 40 saying that the fit of the Franchi is particularly reduced ...
