I went to this center for the removal of semi-permanent nail polish and the application of normal nail polish. Apologizing for the accumulated 8 minutes late (watch-checked), I was greeted coldly, to say the least. The girl who took the semi-permanent from me had mistakenly understood that she only had to apply the nail polish (in addition to not having understood that she also had to do my feet, which, however, in the end she apologized for): she then proceeded to remove the semi-permanent with haste and impetuosity, having another client half an hour later, to the point of hurting my fingers and slightly injuring one (as well as weakening and damaging my nails, which are normally strong and hard, by dint of filing them). He then applied the nail polish and made me come out with the nail polish still wet, so as to ruin it immediately after setting foot outside the shop. A bad day, an unforeseen event or a delay are things that can happen (in fact, I apologized for my unexpected): I would therefore have appreciated a little more courtesy in the management of the unexpected events mentioned: it is the least I expect from a professional. Not recommended: I thought I was relaxing and "pampering myself" and instead it was a really annoying experience, something that had never happened to me before in any beauty center.

I ran gel nails. Hasty service. In 45 minutes he did reconstruction and babybloom. The result showed itself .... after 2 days 3 nails popped out. Little cleaning.

Aesthetic center with a pleasant first impact. I performed a "pedicure", non-sterilized tools were used, not closed in special cases, left on the table one above the other between dust and residues, I think, of previous treatments. The towel on the bed is not exactly clean, dust on any shelf and on the floor. I don't question the girl's manual skills. But I was not satisfied with the service!
