One of the best spot in Pinerolo where you can get genuine food and affordable prices. Plenty of selection for all around menu. Awesome staff and the owner is serving the plates is good to see someone soo dedicated with passion A+ for this little corner of goodness.

An absolute rudeness on the part of the owner of the service. An experience to be avoided. We had been 2 more times before and also noticed a poor match between the dishes written on the blackboard very pompously and the sad reality of what is actually brought. Stay away if you can

Charming place on the picturesque Piazza San Donato. Excellent food, service characterized by kindness and courtesy. The name of the place itself indicates a concept of character conveyed in the proposal of the menu of the day.

I'm sorry to see, especially in such a particular period in which the desire to leave should be immense, that you do everything to lose customers, because I would have brought many others in the future, which I certainly won't do. I have a business in Pinerolo and I booked for both days, bringing a fair number of people to the place. We had a training course and therefore some deadlines to respect. The first day we waited about half an hour before ordering and then for the next day we asked if, by already ordering the dishes, it was possible to reduce the wait. We were told that they would do what they could but did not guarantee for the requested time (1pm). At 13 o'clock they called us in a decisive tone to ask where we were because they had prepared (Among other things, the only "different" dish from the menu was a first course, the rest was all ready for service and regardless of our orders). Not only did they get the orders wrong but with an unkind tone, twice, they pointed out the delay which was only 5 minutes. The air we breathed was that of wanting to be sent away as soon as possible so much so that a diner wanted to take away the plate despite not having finished eating yet. However, the dishes are good even if a little scarce in portions.
