The budget that I was done for replacing the windscreen of my Volvo was the cheapest (not insured for the crystals) and accept their proposal to replace. I pick up the car after having left it with them for a few hours on the agreed day and immediately notice nothing. The same evening I notice the presence of a large elliptical air bubble in the LCD of the internal anti-glare mirror, right in the center. The next day I report it wondering why it had happened the inconvenience in those hours. They kindly tell me to move on. Step, note. Ripasso a few times in the technical look that made the replacement, but never meeting. Meanwhile the bubble settles and rooms occupying the top half of the mirror. After several meetings, I am kindly promised to change the mirror. But then I can't hear them anymore. I look for them and, after several days, they tell me on the phone that in Volvo they told them that the failure of the mirror is occasional, it happened casually while the car was with them and that their guilt / negligence cannot be demonstrated. And therefore they do not recognize their responsibility. Conclusion: I keep the mirror as I found it after their work (the piece in Volvo costs too much!). Of course I can't prove that it was they who caused the breakdown of the mirror, but that a car that has been around for 15 years just in those 3-4 hours, alone, without having suffered trauma, as they claim, neither thermal nor mechanical, face appear the bubble in the mirror seems to me very unlikely, I would say that it is not credible! Of course I can't prove anything, but to me the doubt that the damage to the mirror was caused by the negligence of some of them remains! Two stars anyway because the windshield was replaced at a good price and regularly. Too bad for the damage ...
