I took my goblin for repair. I found nice people, very helpful. Not even a week the problem was solved goblin as new.

I have no words... They just don't know how to deal with the customer. I have been waiting for the call for several weeks to find out what problem my product had. I had to phone to ask where I am with the reparation, they informed me that the reparation was made a few days earlier, (after I got angry)

Very kind and helpful staff in a shop full of household products hard to find elsewhere.

Price quote, repair without consent, no telephone notice of the repair (all known because we called), refusal to demonstrate the operation of the object on site
