I stopped yesterday with my friends we were doing a motorcycle tour in the Langhe, I must say that for us it was a pleasant surprise. We ate Fassona beef in a hazelnut crust from oxbow lakes on a bed of puree. Great food at the right price. To repeat. Friendly and helpful staff. Surely when we come to Alba it will be at the "urban gastronomy" that we will stop to eat.
