I publish this review by placing a star because it is not possible to do otherwise, but our evaluation is 0. We bought a house from this agency, the house was for sale at 45 / thousand euros. In the purchase proposal he suggests us to propose 35 / thousand (that this is his price and there will be no problems) and at the same time he asks us for a cost per agency of 5 / thousand euros, reiterating that if he is good enough to take home the operation well otherwise it would have adapted on the basis of a possible counter-proposal. Obviously he was not "so good" and the final purchase cost rose to 41 thousand euros. Obviously no willingness to negotiate on the cost of the agency, he reduced by 500 euros, after an almost quarrel and even threatening that or so or so because otherwise he would have sold the house to a man from Ferrara who surely would have paid more. On his own initiative, without anyone authorizing him, he instructs the notary "his friend" when he knew very well that we did not want to go to that notary and he turns over all the documentation for the stipulation. Note that a week before he calls and asks us to make estimates, and when we give him the references of the notary he also has the courage to say "but there was a misunderstanding the notary is another !!!!!" But who is it that pays the notary !? Will I be able to go where I want ?! 10 days after signing the notary's clerk calls me and asks me if there are any problems ..... they have not yet received any documents .... they do not know if it is possible to stipulate in a short time! And it is always me who must call, and ask to do what he is paid for! And good money! But let's get to the point: since given the high price and since he told me that a part had to be turned over to the seller's agency, I tell him that I want his invoice and also that of the other real estate agency ... since I take out the money I think it's my right ... and here the stage has fallen: I have to pay both agencies! The other agency won't make any invoices to me, they settle between themselves, who knows how with my 4,500.00 euros! A madness! The percentage on balance for the agency is 10.97%. I repeat a madness! The seller will only recognize "a tip" in the words! Obviously I discover this the day before the stipulation, he was careful not to tell me immediately that if I had known it before I would obviously have filed the price. The thing that angers me most is the little game he initially played: he knew very well that our first proposal would not be accepted and he still made us sign a commitment to pay the crazy agency knowing full well that it would not be accepted. adequate .... a lack of transparency and fairness towards us without limits ..... and I stop here ....

I dealt with Cristian for the purchase of a business.
