Zero seriousness, zero professionalism I broke an arm under the car on a rainy day my mechanic called by phone to find out if the arm was available explaining the discomfort of the situation the staff enjoyed making fun of us by transferring the calls and then put waiting and then hang up. All from 9 in the morning until 12:30 with 49 calls made. I don't recommend it

Kind and very helpful sin they rely on unreliable couriers which then affects their work, at least this has been my experience

I ordered a beacon for a CLIO on January 15 while giving confirmation of the correctness of the data the beacon arrived WRONG! The error was reported on 17/01 on 05/02 the correct but broken lighthouse arrives !!! we report the problem by also promptly sending photos 06/03 in addition to the bad figure carried out with the customer almost 2 months after the order, we have not yet solved the problem although it has been reported over and over again, we have requested a refund but not even that went through. to date the two headlights have yet to be withdrawn, the correct lighthouse has yet to arrive and much less have we received the refund. Another reminder left today .......... absolutely noteworthy is this way of working, never again!
