Shop like everyone else, the small shop is more professional. I bought 3 hairdryers and brought all of them for assistance. They say it's their brand, but maybe they forget which city in China it comes from. A serious shop would give a 2/3 year warranty, and when you go to fix it they replace it. Instead they do, they withdraw it and then when they remember they call you. The family that only owns a hairdryer, meanwhile, walks around with wet hair. Shop to discard.
