While they wash my hair I tell the girl that I want to cut them and then ask, out of curiosity, what is the difference between balayage and degradé, since I had noticed that they were both displayed on the price list outside. The Balayage cost 35 and the degradè 60. The girl who washes my hair then very briefly explains the difference to me and so I decide to do the balayage and clearly specify that I want to do that rather than the degradè. So the girl makes me sit down, she begins to divide my hair into locks to lighten them with a product she calls "super lightener" and I simply tell her that I want very natural highlights. She tells me not to worry and continues. Everything perfect ... Once finished the result was very nice, nothing to say. The blow arrives at the cash desk when a fairly adult lady at the cash desk tells me that the receipt is 110 euros !!! 110. Haircut, shampoo, balayage and a restructuring vial. To which I say "Sorry but ... outside it says balayage 35 euro ... According to my calculations the receipt should be 75 considering everything", and they reply "Ah no but we didn't do the Balayage, it was a more complex work! " I was shocked, I had explicitly requested a BALAYAGE. They just stuck some tinfoil on my head and had the nerve to say that that job alone was worth 70 euros. Among other things, they did not consult me. Cheaters and crooks, simply ashamed. They didn't even give me a descriptive receipt so I could see exactly how much the treatment they gave me cost. They simply beat € 110 in cash. The girl couldn't even explain what the job she did was or what it was called. Don't go there, go elsewhere where professionalism counts and not begging. It doesn't end here anyway!
