Absolutely top !!! The place where you can find egg pasta made like that of our grandmothers and our mothers! Noodles, noodles, small guitar, sheet, handmade tagliatelle, or without just eggs with flour and water and then formats potato dumplings and soups. The absolute top is the fillings: tortellini, meat ravioli and ... the fillings - very rich - of ricotta ... fantastic !!! Try them all: ricotta and spinach, ricotta and walnuts and, above all sheep's milk ricotta (exquisite !!!) and ricotta and truffle (divine !!!): very good quality ingredients at zero kilometer! Furthermore, the kindness, availability and professionalism of the staff will be of great, great satisfaction! I absolutely recommend !!!
