The best chestnuts and mistocchine you can buy in the city, but also Tamplun which are chestnut flour pancakes. For those who do not know the mistocchine are chestnut flour and water fritters, not fried but grilled, to be tried absolutely also for walks. The term derives from "piccolo misto" or a pancake originally cooked on the stone of the fireplace, which was made of normal flour mixed with chestnut, water and honey. Its non-degradable components could last several hours, so you could put it in your pocket and eat it in a little work break to get some energy. Contains very few calories.
