Beautiful modern church built in 1991, not only a place of prayer but also of meeting for the faithful. It is located in the hamlet called Capo Rizzuto belonging to the municipality of Isola di Capo Rizzuto (KR). The Church is the Sanctuary of the Greek Madonna and the patron saint of Isola di Capo Rizzuto is the Greek Madonna. The Madonna is the object of veneration by many Calabrians and for this reason the first Monday of May each year is carried in procession to be adored by pilgrims.

Beautiful and fabulous church, or rather fabulous cathedral. Patron saint of the Greek Madonna and today, 5 August, her day I feel obliged to comment and praise my patron. May it always be praised. I recommend to visit it and above all to look at the glasses which are very beautiful

Beautiful sanctuary even if of modern conception. Stained glass windows that give light to the whole church when the sun beats are definitely something to see. Beautiful and very well kept
