Inter-religious and intercultural meeting with presentation of the book by Tonino Perna, on the anniversary of the signature of King Carlo Alberto di Savoia of the "Patent Letters", February 17, 1948. From that date began the process of acquisition of civil rights until then denied to non-Catholics. The bonfire festival that was lit on 17 February around Turin up to the mountains of the Waldensian villages, has become the traditional Waldensian recurrence in memory of freedom, civil rights and fraternity.
