The cathedral has its own charm and solemnity that involves the visitor. Very large, I think it is the Cathedral with the largest surface of Calabria. The two marble statues on the churchyard are very beautiful and of excellent workmanship. What is not clear is why the church is no longer lit on the facade by a pair of halogen lamps placed on the front of the square, recently renovated. It is very ugly and sad in the evening hours to glimpse the Cathedral in the darkness of the environment. I believe that the diocese should be activated with the municipal administration to "demand" what spontaneously it is not put into place as it should! The electricity consumption of two lamps I think is ridiculously ridiculous, and yet we still speak of a monumental site that gives prestige to the city.
