Bar Oasi

As soon as we disembark from the ferry we find the signs for this bar. Pleasant experience both for the choice of sweet and savory for breakfast, and for the courtesy of the staff, large room with outdoor area, recommended!

The Gintonic is not special, but we give 5 points because the service is very friendly, the price is very cheap and a huge cheese plate came as a snack with a drink.

It has been my point of reference for decades when I disembarked from the ferry to have breakfast. The service was excellent and quick, the breakfasts were excellent. Open already from 6.30am.

I stopped for breakfast in that bar after landing in Golfo Aranci on July 8, 2018. Well-positioned billboards mean that people who land in Sardinia are directed there. We were in a group of 16 people and we immediately found the place very dirty, both in the tables and in the counter but we did not have the courage to leave because we were with our boys (hungry and tired) and we thought that this was only due to the crowding of that moment. I ordered two cappuccinos and two cream brioches ... after the first bite both brioches had an orangey taste of spoiled cream. I pointed this out to the owner who apologized and was willing to replace them. Shortly after the waitress brings me two more brioches (chocolate this time) but the surprise was to find the same arancid taste again, in fact they had taken two more cream brioches and filled with chocolate. Intolerable behavior ... staff really unfit to run a bar. To be avoided.

Waiting for the ferry the next morning, we decide to end the evening in Golfo Aranci with a good cocktail before returning to the B&B; we run into this place which is still open (around 10 pm), there is no one except the owner and the waitress; we order one cuba libre and one wrong; the waitress does not know how to do them and calls the owner who reluctantly executes the request; discreet the wrong, the cuba served not in the appropriate way (the coca must be served separately in the cuba libre and not already mixed with the rum, there is no brown sugar at the bottom of the glass); total € 14, € 7 each ??? First we are Italians (Sardinian wife) and not Germans who can make him pay what you want, no list, did you want to end the evening well? Not even in Milan under the Madonna I pay them so salty ... highly discouraged !!!
