Guardia medica di Golfo Aranci

Doctor complained to be woken up in the middle of the night (workings hours 8pm -8am), suggesting me to go to Emergency (20' away by car). Provided me some prescription forgetting to add analgesic, so I had to go twice to the chemist. It was reiterated during the visit that patients are not supposed to wake up the doctor in the middle of the night... Note that those are working hours! The day after I called again since my problem (painful ear infection, strong painkiller are not working at all!!!)is still there and I got dismissed saying that even in emergency no one could have helped me, and that 11:30 pm is not the time for another visit or alternative prescription. No empathy no professionality no help! Per la maggior parte del tempo la dottoressa si è lamentata di essere stata svegliata alle 5am(orario di lavoro previsto 8pm-8am) senza un motivo urgente, suggerendo però diguidare fino a Olbia e andare al pronto soccorso. dopo le mie insistenze mi è stata fatta una visita sommaria e data una prescrizione incompleta, senza antidolorifico, causandomi 2 visite in farmacia. il giorno dopo mi é stato spiegato che ne qui ne a Olbia c'è qualcuno titolato per controllare una estremamente dolorosa infezione all orecchio di notte. e che le 11:30 pm non sono orari per chiamare o ripetere visite. nessuna empatia, nessuna prodessionalita, minimo aiuto, abbondanti dormite. Mi è stato suggerito in futuro di presentarmi alle 7am....

I showed up on July 31 with an infection to cancel my foot asking for courtesy a dressing, but already at 11.30 pm the doctor on duty was asleep, sending me back home, without giving me importance but telling me to come back at 8 the next day. The next day at 8 I went again as told by the same doctor found in the morning who medicated me only with gentalin (ointment) and making me pay a ticket of 16 €! In pain, I went to the medical service in Olbia where I exposed the problem and immediately I was incised to remove puss present and dressing with bandage, prescription with antibiotic and treatments to be done daily to be able to work safely.
