Dirty room, on the floor there were aluminum trays, paper handkerchiefs and the like. The bathroom sucks ... No soap, no toilet paper, crusted toilet. Novice waiters, as they themselves told us. I understand the inexperience but the owner should have supported them with an experienced waiter. They make us sit down (we were 4, the place was practically empty) and they don't bring us the menu, until after two reminders. We order, drinks arrive and glasses for water were missing. After half an hour a person's plate arrives, a first course, I must say discreet, and two portions of fried potatoes. But without cutlery. We had to ask them. After about half an hour a friend of mine decides to point out to the owner that the two sandwiches and the salad, ordered together with the first, had not yet arrived. Then comes the salad and ONE sandwich (plus with the wrong ingredients). Another quarter of an hour goes by and the other sandwich does not arrive (in the meantime the owner does his business on the phone and does not care at all about us), until we ask, we discover that the sandwich was not even in preparation because the 'they had forgotten ... and finally even the last diner manages to eat. Between one thing and another, two hours for a sandwich! In the end we go to pay, they make us wait for this too, they make us the bill, they don't even apologize for the problems that have occurred, we point it out to them but nothing they don't feel wrong ... To make us happy they do us WELL 2.70 euros discount ... Probably the worst place I've ever been!

The fifth time I ask for a portion of french fries I decided to give 1 star. The various dishes (we were 5 people) were brought practically one at a time, even making a pizza wrong. While paying the bill, he didn't even remember the things he took at the table. If there was an app like but for mosquitoes, for sure they would have given 5 stars, at least at our table.

Bad experience. If you have time to throw away .... We arrive around 9 pm, couple with 10 year old daughter, we sit in a small table; few people present. After a quarter of an hour we get up to ask for the menu. Another 15 minutes go by without seeing anyone, we go back to ask us to be able to order. Meanwhile, some people who arrived after us, and equally neglected by the staff, had already left. Ordered a pizza and fries, for another 20 minutes they don't even bring us drinks. We too are disgusted by the treatment.

Poor service. Zero masks and protective devices by the staff. They don't clean the tables. You pay the service at 10%. Cuddle warm. Bad coffee.

The starter was still fairly enjoyable. Totally salty main course. Second dish only frozen product. For the price, never again
