Ordered chicken nugets, it was not fresh, fried then heated up, when asked the personal why it is not fresh, they sad it was made in oven. This is a lie. I not recommend the place to have a dinner.

A surreal experience, we go to the sofas while one gets rid of one, obviously still dirty, we wait standing to have the table cleaned. A waiter shows up after 10 min. He removes a cutting board and leaves a can with a glass and the table to be cleaned, after another 5 minutes we decide to sit down and call him back. since he had forgotten. Arriva takes the order and was leaving the can again. After another 15 minutes we see him with a tray full of drinks and glasses, he stops at the first table, leaves some glasses, takes the money, does so for another table, then comes to us and we tell him that it was wrong and if they have prepared him the tray and had to empty it. Dirty glasses arrive we ask to replace them, the same wet glasses arrive with evident the same stains on the glasses. Absurd, we ask for straws to be wrapped if possible. We immediately notice that the other tables had a tray with cold cuts we ask for one and they bring 2 saying that they are included with the aperitif but the waiter had forgotten, ok. Other friends join us and we decide to have a second aperitif, the same procedure as the first one arrives in batches and with other drinks on our same tray, leaving the dirty glasses again on the table, we ask them to remove them and if they could bring us the cutting board as described previously they tell us yes but then they never arrived, in the meantime one of the campari soda was without campari, unable to stop one, I take the glass of my aspite and go to the counter, they tell me that they are sorry and that they would immediately bring me another one. In the general embarrassment we wait for everyone to drink but the waiter did not arrive I call one with a tablet in hand and he acted as a manager and reassures us that he would arrive immediately. But it never came. A couple shares the aperitif and we get up marked by how much incompetence. They made fun of us thinking they were having a laugh. But our fear is that they haven't spit in us. I hope that ASL, makes a thorough check to totally unsuitable staff with dirty hands, the hygienic conditions can be seen on the counter and on the glasses displayed, not to mention the completely dirty and stained sofas.
