Disorganized - 8 days to make the edges and the bottom of the skis, they give the appointment and when they arrive they are not ready. Rude - they rudely respond to customers even when they are obviously wrong (see above) Presumptuous - they overlook the fact that there are so many other stores to turn to. In a word PESSIMI!

I must say that competence, professionalism, prices, offer articles ... and sympathy, are the characteristic ... "trademark" of this rare and precious point of sale for ski lovers in the city if not in the region !! Absolutely recommended 👍

Enter and it's a nice sporting goods store. Nobody welcomes you, courtesy is missing, smiles are unknown, the baggage moves forward. Enter sincerely and nothing happens, ask for advice, and you are treated as positive and sympathetic client, as an ignorant, ask if you can try boots of a brand that does not respond hold them but you see them in the window ... A very bad experience. When we recounted the experience to some shopkeepers in the industry they have guessed the shop right away: they had received so many customers fled from here. Sin.

Excellent shop for ski lovers, top equipment along with kindness and professionalism make it my favorite store. Fair prices and possibility to rent skis and boots

Shop assistant or owner I don't know who he was but very rude. I went over the Christmas period and I imagined their stress and for this I was more than 30 minutes waiting for someone to give me attention (not even a greeting) really boastful attitudes when I politely asked for information. Although he also spent good money with the help of the other colleague. Bah .. I don't go there anymore
