It all starts from when you enter the website to look for phones to ask for information, the landline number is never answered, only a recording giving you the embassy email and the cell phone does not answer it either, it rings and rings until it is cut, that's always because the times I tried at various times of the day and also on different days they never answered, however they get upset when one does not answer their calls from a number that cannot be known who and where they are calling you from ("unknown number") My cell phone is programmed to block that type of calls so I don't feel when they call only after a message arrives that they called me on the day of my appointment they made me feel bad I had an appointment for three in the afternoon I arrived 3:04 ( I have a 6 hour train trip) I rang the bell several times and NO ONE ANSWERED the lady who attended me came from the street to the bullfights and told me that she could not let me in because my appointment was at 3:30 without embargo or I have the email that says 3:00 pm and I practically slam the door in my face then at 3:12 he called me from a ("unknown number") cell phone to go up, imagine you realized your mistake but you don't even know I withdraw, and when I went up there was another lady in an office and she asked me why she didn't answer me when I rang the bell; that I touch it for several minutes when I pay in cash as they told me he told me that he had told me to bring the exact money which he never said he only told me to bring cash and he gave me back the money and made me go out to change myself why not I had € 9 to give me my change, that happens to put Italians in the CONSULATE OF PERU (which by the way it seemed that it was in an Italian entity and not Peruvian because she spoke only Italian and not Spanish, this lady seemed rather the Consul already that on two occasions he snubbed Mr. Consul in front of me, who by the way is very kind, turning the lady between me and taking my temperature, he made me disinfect my hand (which if I remember correctly I did not see her at any time with a mask) that I gave him, I disinfected it less the money I paid (having coins) that if I grab it without disinfecting well I hope that it improves that arrogant and misplaced attitude well with nationals I will tell you only how it made me feel, maybe not WHO YOU SBE
