Well what to say, last week I went to this institute. Surely the procedures and the management of the practices is very fast and understandable, qualified and very kind employees. The only defect for which I put 4 stars is the switchboard ... I called for 3 days in each time slot without receiving an answer, the only one of the 4 numbers where I received an answer liquidated me immediately without helping me in any way, even a little rude.

The first time I asked for the assistance of the ACLI Patronage was to ask for information on what documents were necessary to obtain the pension check.
