Presumptuous staff. The office is located in a very touristy area and there is no indication of services in English or other languages.

My appreciation goes to the Director of this Post Office: a courteous woman, very helpful, professional and very welcoming. The same cannot be said of all the staff, but the team is headed by a good person who still gives his mark to the whole structure
