Disrespectful and rude, even just to pay, useless waiting of 20 minutes, watching them chat among themselves and laugh among themselves. No one who opens the door and no one who leads to the door. Bad attitude. Everything I've written is true. No one received me at the door, much less was I accompanied to the door later. The wait for PAYING has been a long one (and yet with our money) and there was no one else in the corridor waiting with me (with white chairs and a central table). And I have ALSO just been insulted after receiving that treatment. I said everything.
