Tropical Treasures

About 15 years ago while staying at a Sandals resort, they took us to the Hip Strip in Montego Bay on a shopping excursion and one stop was Tropical Treasure store where we met Sam and his wife, Angie. It was a great shopping experience with no pressure. We were offered water and told us if we needed to call home we could call at his expense. We made our purchases at great prices on Rum, Cuban cigars, spices and misc other items. The next day the shopping excursion was one couple short in order to leave the resort. We went again. When we entered Tropical Treasure store, Sam was surprised to see us again and remembered our names. Ever since we have visited him and family almost every year. He is family. I would highly recommend visiting Sam and Angie. Make sure you tell him that Ray and Rosemary sent then. Watch his reaction.

Tropical Treasures is my go to Souvenir store in Jamaica. Conveniently located on the Hip Strip of Montego Bay. Sam and his staff are very professional, polite and very accommodating. I look forward to my visits there as I always feel a true sense of welcome. Sam's the best. I see they're offering online shopping, even better, shipping overseas. I'll definitely check this out since I'm not able to travel due to Covid. You should too!

Sam was wonderful and helpful! Great shop. Best prices and nicest place on the strip. You can shop online and have souvenirs delivered to the hotel instead of paying a ridiculous price at the resort!

Located on the Hip Strip, this store not only offers everything you’ll need to take home with you, but also gives you some of the best discounts you’ll find anywhere.
