The units are aged but clean. Just know you get what you pay for. Don't go cheap you'll get the worst unit. Verify your booking days before you arrive. You can get over booked!The beach is good. You can do nude or clothed. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall ok.

This place was amazing. Its right at the foot of the ocean. Its peaceful and secure.

It's a beautiful property, hidden away and right on the beach. However, the rooms are pretty old and run down, could really use some major renovating. The property owners were very nice, very helpful to our needs, helped with anything they could. We could reach them anytime we needed to.

Ideal location for touring Negril!
