Horrible customer service from employees and owner. I ordered a two tier wedding cake a month and a half in advance sent pictures and specific detail about the cake that I wanted. Picked up the cake on the 28th of November the day of my wedding I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the product that I received. I emailed the owner expressing my disappointment on the 8th of December and I still haven’t heard anything back. The cake that I received was not made from scratch, it was a sweetened cake mix that was used. The butter cream frosting was not smoothed out probably the cake had lumps and dents in it. I wouldn’t recommend this place ever.
