Scotiabank right now is significantly different from before the pandemic. You need to take a ticket now and wait for your ticket number to be announced. Even though the bank opens at 8:30am, they only allow seniors to enter upon opening. Seniors who are present before 9:00am do not need a ticket, they can just step up and join the line as long as one of the social distancing place markers is available and they are wearing a mask. At 9:00am, after reminding everyone to put on a mask, they start announcing ticket numbers and seniors arriving after 9:00am are now required to take a ticket just like everyone else. No more than 10 customers are allowed inside at any given time so you may have to wait a bit for your number to be announced. (If you forgot your mask now is the time to go and get one, because you won't be allowed to go any further if you are not wearing one) . Once your number is announced you are allowed to join the line and wait as the doorman checks on the amount of people coming out of the bank before he sends others in. Once you are at the front of the line you are directed to the sanitization area to sanitize your hands, then you head over to a machine that gives you another ticket based on what type of transaction you are doing. After getting your second ticket you take a seat and after a few short minutes your new ticket number and the counter number you should go to are announced by a computer. You then go up to the counter which is now fitted with a huge sheet of plexi glass with a hole cut out in it to pass documents through. Get your transaction done. Get out of there. That's how Scotiabank is now.

Worst customer service everrrrrrrrrrr in Sav.... I'm in here from 9:00 am and it's now 2:23pm and I'm yet to get thru.. This is absolute slackness!!!! The workers aren't even tryna speed up a lil bit. They working at their own pace and it's madness!! We can't be in here all day just to do one thing... Kmt... Need some serious changes...

Worst bank ever!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THEY SIT AND CHAT ALONG WITH COLLEAGUES BEFORE ATTENDING TO CUSTOMERS..BEEN THERE FROM 9 AM RECIEVED #16 WHILE THEY WERE AT 84 AND WHEN 2:30PM CAME THEY WERE STILL AT 15!!! WORST WORST WORST!!! SAV BRANCH
