Waited in line for three hours only for the branch manager to come say that their system has been down for the past week. Makes no sense to join the line early as all senior citizens ( 50+) including able bodied ones will go ahead of you.

My debit card stopped working, went to sav to get it changed, waited in line for 3hrs then finally made it inside just to find out the card replacement system was down. Was told to come back the next morning which i did, only to hear the same thing. Tried calling the number listed for the sav branch to check if the system was working but it doesn't work...

I have to give a high level of acknowledgement to the security. They were very courteous, friendly and eager to assist customers especially in this pandemic we're currently facing.
