The people seem nice but aren't really concerned to help new people. Rather than help you get in the right line they will just allow you to stand in the wrong line until you get to the front.

The customer service at this bank is excellent especially the Fair Investment customer service reps. they greet you very politely, and check on you when you are waiting to speak with an agent. I love Sagicor's service. please continue to deliver greatness!

Off all the banks in Montego Bay this was by far my best experience. The tellers were very professional and friendly and the ladies at the desk took no time preparing my card. The other 'banks' could learn some customer service skills from Sagicor.

They are great to use and you hardly wait as long as the other banks like ncb. If you are doing a deposit you can utilize there drop box where funds become available just after the bank closes
