Customer service was first class Mrs Clarke was super honest when you fit to say yes that frame fit or it dont I personally behaved hard to satisfy to see if they would get tired of me but the were great I will definately be going back.

Highly professional staff. Those two ladies greats you each time you enter the office with genuine smile and warm welcome and works with their customers step by step ensuring you leave the office satisfied and happy. The Doc there is a good one that take pride and honest care to help his patient feeling better than when how they came.They are courteous and friendly. The environment is clean and well arrange to make customers feeling comfy and cool. Big up to the staff and the service of Negril Vision Center and continue the good work. God continue to bless you

I'm a new patient here and I loved it. Great first impression. Dr is very knowledgeable. The staff was great and helped me pick a nice pair of frame. They have all the brands you could imagine. I do recommend Negril Vision Center!

I had constant headaches because of my eyes. I heard about Negril Vision Center from a long time customer of theirs. So I decided to get my eyes checked. Clean, comfortable and welcoming environment. Their staff is caring and they know what they are doing. Top notch facility. My glasses are perfect. Frames and lenses.👍🏽

The environment is warm, comfortable and welcoming. The staff there are great! and they treat me like family. There is a wide range and variety of frames to choose from. They are very patient with me when fitting my glasses, they don't just roll them out and roll them in like a pinball they will always keep me coming back :) They are the BEST in the WEST!
