Customers service needs a Whole lot of improvement. Pleaae update the saturxay clsoing time online. As i travelled all the way from Mandeville, arrived at the store at 3pm. To be rudely told the store closes at 3pm. After waiting so long to have my frames change, which began to strip on the first day of receiving them. I had to repeatedly tell the worker that I'm coming from Mandeville and I don't know when next I will be able to journey this side. She started to assist me with hints of attitude. Bending the new frames trying to hurriedly change the lenses. Looking at the new lenses I told her these are not the same I specifically want the ones I paid for, she sternly tells me I have to take those as they don't have the ones I want to replace. If you do not have my correct frames atleast tell me beforehand so I don't travel all of 3 hrs to not be assisted.

This is the worst company for glasses they give you shoddy frames that start falling apart with weeks and then want you to wait for weeks at a time to get it replaced, I have had two different frames in the short space of less than 7 months both just literally fell apart, I highly recommend if you are considering getting your glasses changed look elsewhere you will save yourself a world of stress, very unreliable
