My experiences at this place has been like the it's name: Royal. Doctors, nurses and staff are very professional and exceptional. I had my second child there and it was totally different experience from when I hade my first child(public hospital); enjoyable I dare say. To me the best medical center.

By far one of the worst experiences I've had of this place. My mother is seriously Ill and I was made aware on my birthday Sept. 20 that the results would be ready in a week or less. Now its Oct. 03 and I had to call and behave so badly and show frustration which they then informed me that it would be ready today. Because of this, my mom's treatment is being delayed. Will never use this Lab again and I don't recommend at all. Too much run around and sometimes you have to wonder If it's even a business place you're callling. Sigh.... kindly stay far from the lab. The hospital might be better but who knows 😡😣😣
