The staff and management at this hotel was superb! The meals were delicious. I'm definitely going back! The pool, the rooms and general services were simply amazing.

Felt like home. Friendly staff, great food although we missed dinner once because we didn't call it in early enough, they closed at 6 pm due to covid. Thanks Doreen

Not impressed at all. The bar was not functional. Restaurant closed by 5pm. No room service, only one receptionist, no doorman. It was nothing like what we saw online while booking. When we got there we were very disappointed. If we had a choice we would not have checked in but we arrived just 16 minutes to the start of curfew so we had to check-in. We however cut our intended stay at Negril short. It was definitely not a 4 star hotel, not even 2 star

Omg! When I tell you this was the most amazing experience of my life, I couldn’t ask for such a more welcoming, friendly and peaceful environment. From the start, we arrived extremely late and Pansty (Chief Operating Officer) was soo accommodating and tried to prepare us a meal even though everything on the island was closed. The hotel is located right across 7 mile beach and there are many food options available. The rooms were spacious and felt very homey. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL each morning and don’t be afraid to ask questions because everyone is helpful. I know when I come back to Jamaica, this is where I will be staying. The entire hotel staff felt like a family by the end. Ask any questions about where you want to go, excursions, restaurants etc. they are more than willing to assist. 10/10 recommend.
