Fun Holiday Beach Resort Negril Jamaica

Never again! The worst holiday accommodation I have EVER stayed in. Awful run down rooms, think bath mats that were actually old towels cut in half! broken light fittings hanging from the walls, mold growing up the walls and in the soft furnishings, mismatched second hand furniture and 3 inch nails sticking out of doors to name but a few. We were scared to sleep in the beds! The owners were rude and no help whatsoever.The food was appalling, basically inedible, always cold and had a grey sludge quality to the usual 2 and if you were very lucky 3 options every lunch & evening meal, you couldn't even rely on being able to have a salad as there wasn't any available, there was no fruit available unless you wanted tiny triangles of watermelon and dessert was a slice of tasteless cake- EVERY day! disgusting and I'm not a fussy eater! Breakfast was an eye opener when they wheeled out an old, very dirty gas stove with a propane gas cylinder attached to cook omlettes. The bar usually ran out by 6pm if you were fortunate enough to get to that time of day. The pool was dirty and the majority of sun loungers both there and on the beach were broken or damaged. How this place is allowed to advertise and call itself a hotel is a mystery. The only saving grace of this awful place was the actual serving staff were very nice, obviously trying to make the best of a really bad situation. The management- forget it! On our return to Scotland we complained to our holiday provider and were refunded the full cost of the accommodation immediately without question or any need to provide evidence. I think that tells it's own story. This 'hotels' reputation obviously precedes itself. Stay here at your own peril, I would urge you to look elsewhere for accommodation especially if you have incurred the cost of travelling a long distance to get to Jamaica as finding yourself in this 'hotel' is heartbreaking after such a large monetary outlay to get there!

It was my worst experience in a so-called Resort, in my 37+ years. The food was always cold, the decor was poor, the front desk personnel were poor in their service delivery, I never felt welcomed, the bar offerings were worse than a roadside bar, no variety, no top shelf liquor options, no lifeguard, cobwebs all over, place need painting. Food quality and presentation was poor at best

It ok. They have an all inclusive package, but the selection is not that good. The rooms are pretty small but comfortable. And hey!! It's negril on the beach

First of all, I would like to say that we really like our stay there, all the staff are nice and they treat us very well, everything what we need or ask they gave it to us, they take care good of us and we really appreciate this. The manager is very professional and help us to be more confortable with all ours demands. Miss Cover, Jeannette and Tamara at the bar and restaurant were super kind and professional, and finaly there's Country, this one was so special to us, he gave his 100% to please us, he prepared all those nice nights with decors, music and games that gave us so much pleasure and we felt so special. Mister Ninja do a nice job to keep the place really clean. Thanks to all of you for everything!! We will definitely come back at your hotel. Merry christmas & happy new year

Totally worth it. I love the vybes here and the staff are awesome! Not a fancy stuffy place it's just jamaica. I fell in love with my husband who's jamaican and I fell in love with the real jamaica and this resort is jamaics😍💗💥💥💥
