Great villas for friend or family groups. Also, right across the road from Ricks Cafe so that was good.
The rooms are amazing the staff is attentive its just the best place in NEGRIL west end
My girl friends and I had the pleasure of renting this place for a friend vacation, without knowing what to expect it was amazing. The staff is so friendly and so nice. They really make you feel at home as if the place is your own. Lot's of privacy. The Villas are cozy and super comfortable. Rooms have amazing air conditioning. It's the kind of place that makes you feel like you got to your personal summer home and have staff available to help for any needs. They also helped provide transportation when we need it and suggested great things to do! And well last but not least the location is fantastic !
This is a good place to stay, it's not 5 star and doesn't try to be, Carmel is helpful as are all the staff, would I come back? Yes, it's much better than many negril hotels.
Carmen was OUTSTANDING! She took great care of us. She was knowledgeable, accommodating and always watching out for us. Lashaun and Anjay were both extremely gracious, helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with them. Villa Sur Mer is lucky to have such an exemplary staff.
