Very beautiful place but staff didn’t make us feel very welcome. The bartenders made us feel like an inconvenience most of the time. It took forever to get drinks. Never really even got drunk the entire stay. Rooms weren’t that fancy for being a upscale resort. Hardly any places to eat. I was used to a cruise ship type service and this place didn’t meet my expectations at all. Room service was not great either. We definitely didn’t feel catered to all like on a cruise ship. Would come back again but probably try a different resort with Couples. I did get married there and the wedding was perfect but that’s about all I was happy with.

The resort is absolutely beautiful! We went for our honeymoon and cannot wait to go back. The staff was amazing, food all tasted amazing, and the experience overall was unforgettable. We are looking into going back soon!

Theft was a huge issue there. I do not recommend going. We reported to staff, nothing was done. An “investigation” was supposedly happening but I still see the same issue happening. Sad that the staff feel the need to go into rooms and steal belongings. Also the vendors were TERRIBLE and worked with security guards. Which means no one stopped them from Harassing us. Many wouldn’t take no for an answer and would still follow us and curse us out. We didn’t pay to be harassed or worried about our belongings. Btw our safe was broken and we asked for a new one multiple times or someone to come fix it. No one ever did during our stay ): such a shame

This is the most amazing place! The staff are all so genuinely friendly and always eager to please. We stayed in one of the oceanfront veranda suites which was literally on the beach. There were double glass doors (actually four doors) that’s faced the ocean and the view was simply wonderful. You took two steps down off the veranda/covered porch and you were in the beach. My husband and I will be returning in the very near future.
