Leroy was fantastic and the whole team was very organized and on top of it! Even though the activity we planned on was closed unexpectedly, he found an alternative activity for us to do immediately and he also made the whole experience authentic and worthwhile. Can't say enough good things about him or the company! Just book with them and you'll have much more fun and be around less people which in my mind, makes for a lot more fun!

The only place we will use for our taxi/shuttle service in Jamaica! From the first time we contacted them they were efficient, reasonable and friendly! Leroy was a great driver and we look forward to coming back and going on more trips in the near future! They were always on time and even gave us information about Jamaica like a tour on the way to the airport, which was nice since we couldn't go many places like we wanted to in Jamaica because of COVID. This is one of the most reasonable priced airport transfers available in Montego Bay. They are quick to respond to your phone call, WhatsApp or email. On arrival you are escorted through to a différente exit to the carpark and to your chosen choice of transportation. We took the same service back to the airport. Our driver Leroy arrived extra early for out departure and waited calmly. Excellent service as expected. Leroy was extremely professional, helpful and was probably the best driver I’ve seen in Jamaica. Highly recommended service.

I will always go with Best Jamaica for my travel shuttle experience! They are so professional and courteous! I Needed transportation from the airport to my resort and back on my day of departure, also excursions throughout my stay in Jamaica. I was able to pay online via PayPal for the airport to the hotel transportation and in person for my excursions the prices are well worth the experience and level of trust and safety they offer!! It was a wonderful experience using this premier service, always on time and right where we needed them. There Customer service is impeccable, every time I called for an inquiry or a concern they were right on it offering their very best support. Coming from out the country this was extremely important and fundamental! They were always very prompt and attentive to me and my friends needs. This is a private shuttle experience so we didn't have to share the van with anyone and the van was very clean! That is something I was concerned about in this time of COVID, but we all felt extremely safe and was well taken care of. This review is long coming. I have been using Best Jamaica for the past 6 years and I have nothing but great accolades from them. By far they have the best Montego Bay Airport Taxi Rates and top quality Shuttle Service to back it up.
