I want to start off by saying that this is one of the most wonderful businesses I've ever dealt with. I know it sounds simple, because it's only airport and hotel transfers for us, but the level of professionalism and courtesy are second to none. Mr Byron and Miss Eileen go out of their way to ensure that your excursion or transfer is done promptly and efficiently as possible. They want to make sure that you are taken care of. We've used this company several times, and except for family friends, I will always use this business. Honest to God's truth: I have turned away friends who would pick us up for free in favor of paying this small business to do my transfers. the simple fact of the matter is these small businesses need to thrive and be able to survive in a tough environment. Travel industry is hard and Jamaica anyway, and top that with covid-19 it makes it much much worse. I want this wonderful family to stay in business. I hope you get a chance to use their high quality affordable services. Their private transfer prices are as good as if not better than some group transfers, it's a no-brainer to use them whenever you can. We were very pleased with the transportation that was provided by Island Transfer & Tours. The drivers take great pride in making your ride comfortable and safe. Our driver, Noel, was punctual and friendly when arriving at our resort for our airport departure. We will use Island Transfer & Tours when we return to Jamaica!

Our drivers Courtney and Christopher were both very skilled and cautios drivers. I feel anxious easily as a passenger, but was at ease with them at the wheel. My kids forgot their hats in the van and Courtney ran after us and found us in the airport to hand them over. THANK YOU!!!😊
