Visited the property to their VIP package as they prep for reopening to the public and i cant wait to return..
The professionalism was well above the average
The hotel is spotlessly clean, some of the staff are so nice and others give the impression they just don't want to be there. The food was a hit and a miss really, some days it was amazing others there wasn't much choice. How can you have a salad bar with no lettuce? Ran out of butter for 2 days of our stay and we had no hot water for 2 days there was an issue with the boiler. Our room was always clean but some days we weren't left enough towels. I would revisit Jamaica but not this hotel.
Need to speak with corporate office or management due to a major issue with this hotel
This resort is small and close to airport. That makes it perfect, it is not busy and we almost saw no kids during our stay. Food is good and beach is clean and nice. Overall a perfect stay for a short trip. All rooms have ocean view.
