My mother passed in April 2019 and was repatriated back home to Jamaica. We used Doyle’s but that was a huge mistake, as there were numerous errors which resulted in a poor and unprofessional service. I will never use Doyleys again for the following reasons:- Communication was terrible. My family and I sent the relevant picture to be printed and clear instructions were given. This did not happen. We went to view our mother,s body and we were deeply disturbed. Staff there took it upon themselves to put a tacky coloured lipstick on our mother and was not instructed to do so. This had to be removed. My mother had Rosery beads wrapped around her hand. It was taken off and placed around her neck. We did not request this. Printing was inaccurate and to add insult to injury. My mother’s name was printed incorrectly. In fact it was not her name printed, it was a completely different name and there were several inaccuracies throughout. The limousine service was lacking in that the cars were in a state of disrepair. There were slits on the top of limo and it was clear the cars were not cleaned. There was an ant nest in the car and fumes filled the car. My family had to vacate the car and allow the drivers to clean and air It out. My mother should have been driven to her home firstly before going to the church. This was agreed but did not happen. The limo drivers were unaware of this as this information had not been communicated to them. What transpired was our mother had been taken straight to the church and we were waiting for her at home. We were told quite clearly our instructions would be carried out, but this was not the case. We paid handsomely for our mother’s funeral and the most efficient I saw staff was when counting the money. Your website clearly states it offers a professional service in time of death. This did not happen. Doyleys were paid promptly and well but the lack of service was atrocious. It has taken me all this time to to share my horrendous experience with others so they are made aware what they will be dealing with if they wish to access Doyleys. An email of complaint was written to Doyleys and they were phoned on several occasions. No response other than someone will get back to us. All now .......? This just highlights the lack of professionalism, accountability and poor communicative skills Doyleys have. My family and I are not used to dealing with people who deliver poor customer service and then disregard any faults they have inflicted on others. I have many family members who will need to be repatriated back home to Jamaica. We will never use DOYLEYS again. We are so disappointed as one would expect a professional to deliver a service and honour what has been agreed. We have lost so much confidence in Doyleys. Would you be happy at receiving such treatment at a distressing time ? I doubt it. I’m glad I have voiced my negative experiences. From a disgruntled ex customer

I paid $55,00.00 for a headstone for my late sister's grave. The headstone came in about a week after it was ordered. I was told by the owner that it would be done by Friday of the following week. I went there the Saturday and the headstone was at the same place I left it- on the ground instead of the on the grave. I'm appealing to people to take their business somewhere else. These people do not know how to run a business.
