My experience with this company was very disappointing. They ruined my surprise floral arrangement for my sister. I paid for flowers to be delivered to my sister. I wanted it to be a surprise. I gave specific instructions and left my contact number. She was in the hospital. The delivery personnel delivered the flowers to the front desk appearanly for the workers to enjoy them instead. One day after not hearing about the flowers. I went to their location in Fairview to check what happened to the flowers. The person I spoke with made a phone call and checked with her team. Then further told me the flowers were delivered. I further asked to whom because they were not delivered to my sister. Tai flora advises me that I should call the hospital to locate where they were because they were delivered and signed by one Milani (this is a person that works at the hopital and not my sister). When I demanded a refund due to the fact that I paid for flowers that my sister did not receive. That’s when the manger or owner thought it was necessary to really check what happened to the flowers. She finally called the hospital to check what happened to the flowers. She later informed me after I insisted to speak with her ( which by the way, she didn’t want to speak with me) but the young lady in the shop was so kind to insist for her to speak with me as I was standing just in front of her. She came on the phone and advised me I could not get a refund because the flowers were delivered. Please note they were not delivered to my sister. Apparently, they were at the front desk for all the workers to enjoy. The same flowers I paid for. When I asked why weren’t they sent to my sister’s room. She said based on the hospital policy flowers were not allowed to be sent to her room. Which by the way, this is true for some persons but not in my sister’s case because days later someone from the hospital sent the almost dead followers to her room after the front desk staff enjoyed them. So I guess the delivery person just handed them off to the front desk. Tai flora, what you could have done differently? Once the arrangement has been changed call the person who paid for your service and advise them of the situation. If you could not have gotten through to the person to make the delivery. Take the flowers back to your shop and store them in a cool place until the person contacted you. Don’t just give the flowers away for someone else to enjoy while your client still has to pay for them. You just wanted to deliver them to someone “anyone” so you could collect payment. How unfair was that? Also I was not a rude customer. I was very calm and patient with your team. why were you refusing to talk to me? I also find it absurd that I should be the one to call the hopital to locate something that was your responsibility to deliver. I paid for such service besides the cost for the flowers. As a manger or owner you should have called to check what happened. It wasn’t until you heard about the “refund” you became interested. In the end, I paid for flowers that the hospital staff enjoyed instead of a lovely surprise floweral arrangement. Very disappointed and will never recommend or use your service again.
