I went to the store in Portmore to change my box because it stopped working. There is a young lady name Janice, she has absolutely no manners, this girl acted like she owns the place and treats the customers with scant regard, everyone was complaining, I certainly won't be visiting that store again.

The company have poor customer care service, you guys have alot of numbers on the website, but yet still I can never call an get to the company

Convenient and very good service with polite and effecent staff

The sound is always moving before the pictures and I can't even see which movie is playing when I press the guide button...The date and time is always wrong and why it's always a day before u pay KAF I get the message about paying it's too soon yo! U could notify us like three days before... Otherwise it's good👍I give it 4⭐
